Own the end-to-end product design for mobile and web platforms, transforming complex SMB workflows into intuitive consumer-grade experiences. Collaborate with PMs and engineering to ship iterative updates while evolving the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Identify design opportunities and create solutions for mobile and web products
- Collaborate with product, engineering and growth teams to ship iteratively
- Build and evolve a crossâplatform design system
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design work
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and insights
- Deliver highâquality, consumerâgrade experiences for SMB software
Requirements
- Strong mobile app design experience (B2C preferred)
- Ability to design for both mobile and web
- Track record of shipping products with real user traction
- Comfort with the full design cycle and autonomous ownership
- Proficiency with AIâassisted design tools
- Dataâdriven decision making and user research skills
- Fluent English and experience in a fastâmoving startup
