Lead end-to-end design projects from discovery to delivery, creating high-fidelity interfaces and user journeys. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build scalable, user-centered experiences based on data and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from discovery through delivery
- Plan and execute user research to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
- Create journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to build aligned experiences
- Use data, metrics, and feedback to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the evolution and governance of Avenue’s Design System
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and co‑creation activities
- Ensure consistent, accessible, and user‑centered experiences
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Strong command of UX Design, UI Design, and user‑centered methodologies
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to create, evolve, and maintain Design Systems
- Skill in transforming complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads and agile environments
- Understanding of product metrics and experimentation practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
