STAFF PRODUCT DESIGNER II - VISUAL DESIGN

Develop and improve the delivery driver's journey by establishing visual standards and scaling design processes using AI. Guide the design team in implementing an AI-first approach to product development and align business strategy with design direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the delivery‑driver journey by combining business context, competitive analysis and design methodology
• Evolve design strategy and visual vision for the driver app, establishing standards and rules for consistency
• Build and scale visual design processes, including quality‑control rituals and AI‑enhanced workflows
• Create creative moments that explore design essence with the team
• Define and guide the design team in new AI‑first product development responsibilities

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating simplicity, visual identity and user‑centered design
• Experience creating and scaling visual design systems
• Holistic view of impact across multiple app journeys
• AI‑first mindset to integrate artificial intelligence into design solutions
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders with business strategy
