Product Designer

The Product Designer will handle the full design process for consumer web and mobile products, from discovery and ideation to polished UI. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to maintain the design system and validate decisions using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and craft UI for Bounceâs consumer web and mobile products
- Use Figma and AI tools to communicate and validate design decisions
- Maintain and extend the design system for consistency
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research sessions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on problem framing and feasibility
- Present work in design jam sessions and articulate design rationale
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished visuals
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Passion for userâcentered design and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
