Responsibilities
- Own product design endâtoâend, from problem framing to productionâready UI
- Scope work, set priorities, and drive projects without waiting for direction
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers
- Create user flows, wireframes, highâfidelity interfaces, and implementation specs
- Prototype in code when needed and make small frontâend fixes
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to design systems
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of shipped product designs
- Selfâstarter attitude with ability to work autonomously
- Expertâlevel proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git for frontâend prototyping
- Fluency with AI creative and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and ability to align product, design, and engineering
