- Lead end-to-end research programs to shape AI-native business applications by identifying customer needs and evaluating emerging concepts. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps and strategy.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of experience leading user research projects and proficiency in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. A bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field is required, with a portfolio of past work.
