- Lead the DFT architecture and execution for signal-conditioning products to ensure high-quality silicon for AI infrastructure. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve coverage, yield, and diagnostics across advanced multi-die products.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in digital design and DFT methodologies. Proficiency with EDA tools like Synopsys or Siemens Tessent and knowledge of high-speed SerDes and advanced packaging is essential.
