The Lead UX Designer will define UX strategies and frameworks for complex, high-volume B2B insurance workflows to reduce friction and errors. They will lead research agendas, create scalable information architectures, and mentor other designers to ensure consistency across product lines.

- The Lead UX Designer will define UX strategies and frameworks for complex, high-volume B2B insurance workflows to reduce friction and errors. They will lead research agendas, create scalable information architectures, and mentor other designers to ensure consistency across product lines.
Requirements
- Candidates need 7+ years of UX/product design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, and a degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating success with complex digital products and expert proficiency in Figma and Miro is required.
