Innovation & Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

The engineer will design and implement material flow and efficiency solutions for global transportation facilities. They will lead engineering projects, coordinate with vendors, and manage site layouts to support network expansion.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch facility concepts for Amazon fulfillment and transportation operations
- Invent and implement engineering solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency
- Lead crossâfunctional design and innovation efforts for the transportation network
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver costâeffective solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while influencing stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership for largeâscale engineering projects
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in design/innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing engineering design projects
- Strong technical problemâsolving and projectâmanagement skills
- Leadership and communication abilities
