Responsibilities
- Conduct user and client research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Map and analyze user journeys to identify friction and improvement opportunities
- Support Product and PO teams in problem investigation and solution definition
- Monitor market trends and learning platform solutions for inspiration
- Participate in discovery phases, using research insights to validate solutions
- Collaborate with UX, Product, and other stakeholders to evolve the user experience
Requirements
- Professional experience in UX research, discovery, and journey analysis
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience conducting user research and identifying pain points
- Ability to map user journeys and recommend improvements
