- Drive the quantitative research roadmap across R&D to inform high-stakes product investments and AI experience improvements. Partner with senior leadership and Data Science to combine behavioral and attitudinal data into actionable customer insights.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in quantitative UX research with deep expertise in survey science, statistical modeling, and AI evaluation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Qualtrics is required, along with a track record of influencing executive-level decisions.
