- Lead complex design-build and construction management projects from pre-construction through to construction readiness. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects and engineers to ensure design outcomes align with client expectations, budgets, and constructability.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in construction, architecture, or real estate development with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Must be proficient in managing external consultants and familiar with BIM/VDC tools and municipal permitting processes.
