The role involves designing intuitive user experiences and workflows for the Insights and Extraction Platform products. Responsibilities span the entire design process from discovery and research to prototyping, usability testing, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design intuitive user experiences for the Insights and Extraction Platform
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear workflows
- Drive the full design process from discovery, user research, user flows, wireframes and prototypes to usability testing and final UI
- Actively evolve the design system and ensure consistency across products
- Provide design leadership, ownership and proactively improve design processes
Requirements
- At least 5 years UI/UX design experience for native iOS and Android apps, preferably B2BâSaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing and design systems
- Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive designs
- Excellent German and English written and spoken communication
- Experience working closely with product, engineering and other stakeholders
