Graphic Designer (gn) - ESN

Responsible for creating and conceptualizing online content for social media and performance marketing, as well as print media for events. The role involves using AI image generation tools and Photoshop to create brand-consistent visuals and food composings.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic online content such as socialâmedia posts, performanceâmarketing ads, newsletters, etc.
- Conceptualize and design print materials like flyers, posters, rollâups
- Produce food and product compositing visuals
- Develop and optimize prompts for AIâgenerated image tools
- Ensure AIâgenerated visuals match ESNâs look & feel and evolve them as needed
- Prepare AIâgenerated assets and photographic material in Photoshop & InDesign for brandâconsistent final output
Requirements
- Completed degree or apprenticeship in graphic or media design
- Minimum 2 years professional experience
- Proficient with Adobe Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing performanceâmarketing ad creatives (static & motion) for paidâsocial campaigns
- Experience with AI imageâgeneration tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe Firefly) and prompt engineering
- Strong eye for photography, color, typography and food composition
- Knowledge of print production and preâpress
- Selfâdirected, structured homeâoffice work style with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive communication with the team
