Responsible for the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, creating high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes. Collaborates with multidisciplinary squads to transform business needs and user insights into high-impact digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end‑to‑end design process from discovery to delivery
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing
- Map journeys and identify experience improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on solution definition
- Maintain visual and experiential consistency via Design System
- Use data and user feedback to inform design decisions
- Track deliveries and measure impact of implemented solutions
Requirements
- Previous experience as Product Designer on digital products
- Strong knowledge of UX, UI, Interaction Design and Information Architecture
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to translate problems into user‑centered solutions
- Understanding of discovery, ideation, validation and delivery processes
- Portfolio showing design process and impact
