The UX Researcher will support project teams by conducting user tests and studies using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. They will also contribute to design thinking workshops and help refine the overall UX strategy for internal digital products.

- Plan, execute, and monitor user tests and studies
- Support project teams with methodological and organizational UX research assistance
- Improve internal digital products for all employees through continuous feedback
- Apply hybrid research methods, both quantitative and qualitative
- Facilitate designâthinking workshops and collaborative sessions
- Contribute to the evolution of the overall UX strategy
Requirements
- Significant experience in UX methodology, user research, and UX project management
- Ability to evaluate prototype quality from concept to detailed digital design
- Strong digital culture and problemâsolving interest
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
