Sr. UX Researcher, Applied AI Solutions

Lead end-to-end research programs to inform product strategy and de-risk AI-native business application development. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex customer insights into actionable recommendations that influence roadmaps and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute endâtoâend research programs, including recruitment, moderation, analysis, and communication of findings
- Conduct rapid evaluative studies, foundational interviews, surveys, diary studies, journey research, and mixedâmethod programs
- Partner with senior stakeholders to inform product strategy, evaluate concepts, and improve live experiences
- Define research plans for ambiguous problem spaces and choose appropriate methodologies
- Identify unmet customer needs, product gaps, adoption barriers, and trust issues to deârisk investments
- Translate findings into clear recommendations that enhance usability, adoption, and trust
- Influence roadmaps and prioritization by making customer evidence visible and actionable
- Build domain expertise through continuous study of workflows, prototypes, competitors, and industry trends
- Mentor junior researchers and elevate research quality across the team
- Explore innovative uses of AI to improve research speed, depth, or quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading user research projects with measurable impact
- Handsâon experience with field research, ethnography, lab testing, remote testing, and survey design
- Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field
- Strong skills in study design, recruitment, moderation, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with behavioral data collection, quantitative analysis, and statistics
- Portfolio showcasing research deliverables such as study plans and personas
