UX Designer, AWS Applied AI Solutions

You will design intuitive, human-centered experiences for AI-native business applications by translating complex AI capabilities into proactive and trustworthy user journeys. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and science teams to deliver high-quality solutions while contributing to scalable design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Create concepts, prototypes, motion, video, high‑fidelity visuals, and AI‑driven design artifacts
• Participate across the full design lifecycle from discovery to narrative crafting
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product, tech, and science stakeholders to align on user needs and system capabilities
• Navigate ambiguity using human insight and AI‑assisted exploration to generate and evaluate ideas
• Stay updated on customer needs, industry shifts, and AI technology trends to shape forward‑looking design strategies
• Synthesize research, product signals, technical constraints, and system behaviors into actionable experience frameworks
• Contribute to a feedback‑rich, experimental culture while independently moving ideas from sketch to production
• Communicate design direction and outcomes through storytelling, visuals, and interactive demos or AI‑generated simulations

Requirements

• 1+ years of design experience with an online portfolio
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools
• Experience conducting usability testing
• Ability to work in a highly agile environment
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and developers
