UX Product Designer - STACKIT (m/w/d)
Schwarz Digits Remote (🇩🇪 74177 Bad Friedrichshall, Germany)
The role involves analyzing user requirements through research and workshops to create user-centric concepts and high-quality screen designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to develop design guidelines and validate solutions using prototypes and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business and user requirements using user journey maps, surveys, and interviews
- Facilitate creative workshops with users and stakeholders employing Design Thinking and ideation techniques
- Create user‑centered concepts with optimal UX and appealing UI
- Validate and evaluate design solutions with wireframes, prototypes, and analytics data, providing actionable recommendations
- Produce visually high‑quality modern screen designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other professionals across multiple countries in an agile setting
- Develop design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and usability
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to user concepts and interfaces
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product development and product design within agile, cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field
- Experience designing cloud‑based products
- Strong visual sense for modern, aesthetic layouts and current design trends
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple, logical concepts
- Knowledge of user research and evaluation methods
- Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with UX methods and Design Thinking
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
