The role involves creating graphics and layouts for digital and print channels, including newsletters and CRM assets, while ensuring brand consistency. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring sustainability values and storytelling to life visually.
Responsibilities
- Create newsletters and CRM assets, including marketing, automated and transactional emails
- Support the creative team with digital and print assets such as social media graphics, presentations and website designs
- Ensure all design assets follow brand guidelines and creative strategy, contributing ideas for visual development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning, delivering creative solutions with the team
- Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, product and e‑commerce teams, gather briefs and deliver assets on schedule
- Stay updated on design trends, tools and software, bringing fresh ideas to the visual language
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design
- Basic professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Team collaboration and excellent time‑management skills
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the fashion industry
- Fluent in English and German
