Mobile Gamification UI/UX Designer (Fintech)

Lead the design of high-retention mobile gamification frameworks, including point systems, missions, and reward flows for a fintech product. Own the end-to-end UX/UI process from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating closely with engineering for production delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and document gamification mechanics such as points, XP, levels, missions, streaks, badges and reward redemption flows
- Create progression and feedback systems that motivate financial task completion while maintaining trust
- Define anti‑abuse rules and edge cases in partnership with product, risk and engineering
- Develop narrative layers and microcopy that make fintech tasks clear and motivating
- Own end‑to‑end mobile UX from user flows and wireframes to high‑fidelity UI, interaction states and clickable prototypes for Android and iOS
- Maintain a scalable component library and design system in Figma, including gamification components
- Provide developer‑ready specs, annotations, interaction rules and accessibility considerations
- Collaborate with engineers, QA and product managers to plan, scope and deliver features on schedule
- Review builds, give structured feedback and ensure shipped UI matches design intent
- Support related web experiences such as landing pages and partner portals, ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct usability testing, iterate based on data, and monitor activation, retention and reward engagement metrics
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Impressive portfolio with shipped mobile apps
- 5+ years UI/UX design experience, including mobile
- Experience designing gamification systems (points, levels, missions, rewards)
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping)
- Strong collaboration with engineering in agile environments
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Vietnamese strongly preferred
- Strong mobile interaction design for Android and iOS, including edge cases and accessibility
- Portfolio showing at least two mobile projects and one gamification‑focused system
