You will lead the creation of innovative visual designs and user experiences while driving design strategy through user research and prototyping. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in UX Design or a related field and possess at least 3 years of professional UI/UX experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design projects and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is required.
