Optimize digital interactions and sales funnels for insurance products to improve customer experience and conversion. Create designs and prototypes, conduct A/B tests, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure consistency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Optimize digital interactions and funnels for insurance products on anwb.nl.
- Identify improvement opportunities and understand insurance product details in depth.
- Create designs and experiments (e.g., A/B tests) for concrete application dialogs.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency across UX, visual design, and frontâend implementation.
- Adopt a dataâdriven approach focusing on conversion and customer needs.
- Develop own designs and prototypes and validate feasibility with developers.
- Research and substantiate design choices together with CX, web analytics, and UX research teams.
- Support the runâteam with daily tasks such as sessions, requirements drafting, documentation, and pragmatic validation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a UX Designer in a large organization (medior level).
- Proficiency with Figma or a comparable design tool.
- Experience with UX research, A/B testing, and facilitating or preparing workshops.
- Experience working in an agile scrum team.
- Relevant education such as a CMD or comparable background.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across locations and travel as needed.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX design skills.
