The role involves creating a wide range of design assets including packaging, social media content, and brand collateral. The designer will collaborate with the founder to maintain brand consistency and manage the delivery of high-quality finished files.
Responsibilities
- Optimize existing packaging and develop new packaging designs for bottles, labels, monocartons and gift boxes
- Create digital assets for website, e‑commerce pages, CRM, ads and social media with a focus on Instagram
- Conceptualize and ideate new design projects from brief through to completion
- Manage preparation of final files ensuring correct output specifications
- Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all assets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably with consumer brands and BPC
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in video editing, animation, retouching and motion graphics
- Ability to deliver design projects within agreed deadlines
- Passion for layout, typography and idea generation
- Working knowledge of After Effects (bonus)
- Critical experience in packaging design
- Interest in AI and new technologies
- Initiative‑driven with solution‑oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and good team spirit
