Graphic Designer (gn) - ESN

You will be responsible for creating and conceptualizing online content, including social media posts and performance marketing ads, as well as designing print media. Additionally, you will manage AI-generated visuals to ensure brand consistency and integrate them into professional design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design graphic online content such as social media posts, performance‑marketing ads and newsletters
• Create and conceptualize print materials including flyers, posters and roll‑ups
• Develop food and product composings
• Generate and refine prompts for AI image‑generation tools
• Maintain visual consistency of AI‑generated assets with ESN’s look & feel
• Refine AI‑generated and photographed assets in Photoshop and InDesign to a professional, brand‑compliant final output
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project workflow and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in graphic or media design
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong sense for performance‑marketing ad creation (static & motion)
• Experience with AI image‑generation tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe Firefly) and prompt engineering
• Good eye for high‑quality images, color, typography and food composition
• Experience in pre‑press and print production
• Ability to work independently from home, manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive communication with team members
