Lead end-to-end design projects for innovative financial services by collaborating with product, business, data, and engineering teams. Contribute to product vision and roadmaps while identifying and solving user experience issues based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects for innovative financial services for consumers and sellers
- Collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering teams throughout the design process
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and strategic decisionโmaking
- Identify and analyze problems in existing products and services and propose UX improvements
- Base design decisions on qualitative and quantitative data
- Create wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and design specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of endโtoโend product design (UI & UX) experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to define overall project strategy and justify design decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to persuade teams and leadership
- Proactive design leadership and ability to drive team decisionโmaking
