Responsibilities
- Manage the design process for multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with building regulations and BIM processes.
Requirements
- Requires previous experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry, preferably working for a main contractor. A construction-related qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
