Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials
- Create innovative and engaging visual content according to business requirements
- Manage the complete design process from concept to final output
- Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity
- Review and improve designs created by junior graphic designers
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments for creative requirements
- Understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual concepts
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
- Make revisions and incorporate feedback from management
- Maintain and organize design files, templates, images, and other creative assets
- Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva
- Content writing ability
- Basic video editing skills
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to guide and coordinate junior designers
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
