Design and evolve end-to-end digital product journeys, from problem understanding to final interface and specification. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to produce wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts while utilizing AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve complete digital journeys and products from problem understanding to flow, interface and specifications
- Participate in problem discovery with Product Managers and other areas before proposing solutions
- Produce design artifacts from flow mapping, wireframes, interactive prototypes to final screens and handoff to development
- Apply the design system daily, using components and tokens and recognising when exceptions are needed
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Engineering, Data and other teams, taking part in refinements, reviews and production monitoring
- Utilise AI tools to speed up research synthesis, explore alternatives, generate content, prototype and automate repetitive tasks
- Present design decisions, receive feedback, defend rationale and iterate accordingly
- Contribute to team discussions on feedback rituals, standards, accessibility and process improvement
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products within a product team, with at least one shipped flow in production
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, components, variants, interactive prototypes)
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography and mobile‑first design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to apply them
- Curiosity, initiative and organized approach to problem solving and self‑directed work
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, Data and other stakeholders
- English reading proficiency for technical documentation
