Responsibilities

• Create high‑fidelity motion graphics, hover states, and dynamic page transitions to bring static visual design systems to life
• Translate complex Figma designs into responsive, high‑performance Framer or Webflow websites with zero visual loss
• Integrate 3D visual assets, interactive Spline models, and Lottie animations while maintaining site speed and mobile performance
• Craft scroll‑triggered interactions using GSAP, Framer Motion, or native web animation APIs
• Optimize performance to ensure interactive elements run at 60 fps across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating interactive web experiences, motion systems, and front‑end animations for high‑end digital brands
• Expert‑level knowledge of Framer, Webflow, After Effects, Spline 3D, and Lottie/Rive
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, layout grids, responsiveness, and browser rendering performance
• Deep appreciation for grid structures, editorial typography, spatial layout, and micro‑timing curves
• Portfolio demonstrating functional, high‑performance interactive websites
