Take full responsibility for the user experience in complex, socially beneficial digital solutions across the entire design process. This includes conducting user research, facilitating workshops, creating prototypes, and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and interviews
- Manage requirements and documentation
- Create interaction designs and UI mockups
- Facilitate workshops and guide crossâfunctional teams
- Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing
- Lead UX efforts in complex, societalâimpact projects
- Integrate AI tools for research, ideation, and prototype testing
- Collaborate closely with developers and other specialists
- Adapt design methods to project, client and team needs
- Promote inclusive, sustainable, and usable solutions
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional UXâdesign experience
- Higher education in UX or related field
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading userâcentered design processes
- Experience with large, complex solutions
- Experience using AI throughout the design process
- Excellent Swedish and English communication skills
- Consultancy or product ownership experience (preferred)
- Experience with business/process development and change management (preferred)
