The UX Designer will lead the project phase from scoping to production, including defining governance and creating functional specifications. They are responsible for designing user journeys, prototyping, and collaborating with developers to ensure successful deployment.
Responsibilities
- Define project governance and preâscoping activities
- Lead workshops to capture functional requirements for digitalisation
- Propose solutions aligned with overall project objectives
- Create mockups, user flows and experience designs
- Validate prototypes with stakeholders and adapt after testing
- Transmit specifications to Java and Android developers
- Prepare deployment guides and training materials in collaboration with application leads
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Ergonomist or UX/UI designer
- Expertise in UX design and ergonomics
- Ability to define project governance and specifications
- Experience conducting workshops and functional analysis
- Proficiency in creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to work with Java and Android development teams
