You will design high-quality styles, components, and patterns while maintaining and documenting the design system in Figma and Supernova. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility standards and provide guidance on the adoption of design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Create style guides, UI components and high‑quality design patterns
- Maintain, update and document the Design System and its libraries
- Produce components for system libraries and specific design initiatives
- Collaborate with Product and Content Designers to identify new component opportunities
- Advise and support other designers on shared patterns and component usage
- Design complex interactions with a focus on simplicity and elegance
- Ensure component accessibility according to WCAG standards
- Audit designs and implementations, establishing validation and improvement processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital design experience working with Design Systems
- University degree in a design‑related field
- Strong eye for pixel‑perfect detail and ability to work in an agile environment
- Experience documenting and maintaining components in a Design System
- Knowledge of Design Ops and ability to standardize design processes
- Solid understanding of interaction design, heuristics, Gestalt principles, usability and accessibility (WCAG)
- Proficiency with Figma and design library tools (e.g., Supernova)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and front‑end frameworks such as React or Vue, plus Storybook
- Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
