You will shape outcomes at the intersection of business analysis, service design, and digital product experience by guiding teams and clients through complex projects. Responsibilities include conducting research, crafting UX/UI systems, and embedding AI-driven thinking into multi-channel product ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Shape mobility ecosystems connecting people, vehicles and services
- Reimagine neurosurgical planning using 3D, VR, AR and AI tools
- Architect endâtoâend telecom service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
- Build intelligent digital agents to combat misinformation in global health
- Visualize and model strategies for large venture portfolios with AI insights
- Design multiâchannel healthcare journeys personalized through AI orchestration
- Create carbonâpositive experiences for climate and sustainability platforms
- Explore AIâpowered experiences from automation to augmentation
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven ability to conduct research, synthesis and strategy
- Facilitation of workshops and client conversations
- Strong understanding of AI as design material and system architecture
- Experience with vibe coding, prompt engineering, agentic architectures, rapid prototyping
- Systems thinking for ecosystems and multiâchannel experiences
- Business acumen to frame tradeâoffs and link design to outcomes
- Ability to travel occasionally (<20%)
