Responsible for architectural planning processes and project management for shop and office designs. This includes developing workflows, ensuring compliance with CI guidelines, and managing the material library and design studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning processes for shop and office designs
- Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Develop and refine workflows in close coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international, regional and CI‑design guidelines
- Support regional design managers with detailed specifications
- Create compelling design concepts and layout plans
- Maintain the material library and design studio for license partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the iconic shop design
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years experience in retail, hospitality or high‑end office design
- Project management experience with construction documents
- Proficient in AutoCAD or VectorWorks
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills
- Strong presentation abilities
- Fluent German and English
