About Foundey
Embedded product design partner for SaaS, AI, and tech startups. Most founders are shipping faster than they can decide. AI raised execution speed and brutally exposed the absence of product judgment. More output, more options, more confusion. The bottleneck isn't building anymore. It's knowing what to build, what to cut, and what needs to be better before it ships. That's not a design problem. It's a judgment problem. Foundey is the product decision layer for SaaS and AI startups: sharper product thinking and fast execution, in the same team. We embed ourselves into your workflow: Slack, weekly sessions, same faces every week, to hold the context your product needs and help make the calls you shouldn't be making alone. Pretty screens don't move the metrics. Better product decisions do. If you're in a funding moment, a launch window, or just shipping faster than you can decide: that's exactly where we do our best work.
