The UX Designer will take full responsibility for the user experience in complex, socially beneficial digital solutions, covering the entire process from strategy to implementation. Key tasks include user research, interaction design, facilitating workshops, and conducting usability tests within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing
- Define requirements and translate them into interaction designs and UI concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes and highâfidelity UI mockâups
- Facilitate workshops and guide crossâfunctional teams through userâcentred processes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
- Maintain and evolve design standards and documentation
- Apply AI tools for research, ideation and rapid prototyping
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio knowledge sharing
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional UXâdesign experience in complex domains
- Strong portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend UX work
- Bachelorâs or higher degree in a relevant field
- Excellent proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading designâthinking sessions
- Experience with AI tools throughout the design process
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with largeâscale solutions and consultancy projects is a plus
