Senior Product Designer - H/F

You will challenge product visions through user research and workshops while designing end-to-end UX/UI solutions. Additionally, you will integrate AI into product workflows and measure performance using analytics tools to iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Challenge product vision with users before using Figma
• Conduct user interviews, workshops and design sprints
• Design end‑to‑end experiences (UX and UI) in close partnership with PM and tech
• Integrate AI into product interfaces and personal design workflow
• Measure impact of designs with analytics and iterate quickly
• Act as design advocate with clients, auditing requests rather than blindly executing
• Provide design leadership across multiple squads
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to Hubvisory Campus training

Requirements

• 2–8 years of product design experience on high‑audience digital products
• Experience with large, demanding enterprise clients
• Strong UX and UI skills, able to define problems before designing
• Proficiency with Figma and advanced prototyping
• User research experience (interviews, tests, workshops)
• Analytics literacy (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Google Analytics)
• Professional English proficiency
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations
• Immediate availability
