The Ice Cream Product Design Manager will lead product development, industrialization, and continuous improvement projects within the ice cream category. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage formulations, conduct laboratory and pilot plant trials, and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, or a related discipline. Proven experience in ice cream product development, along with strong analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes, is required.
