You will take full responsibility for the user experience in complex digital solutions, managing the entire design process from strategy to implementation. This includes conducting user research, facilitating workshops, and driving UX efforts within a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and interviews
- Gather and manage requirements
- Create interaction designs and UI
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing
- Act as the lead UX expertise in a crossâfunctional team
- Use AI tools throughout the design process
- Collaborate closely with developers and architects
- Contribute to design thinking and continuous improvement
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional UXâdesign experience
- Higher education in design or related field
- Very strong Figma skills
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading userâcentered design processes
- Experience with large, complex solutions and AIâenhanced design workflows
- Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in consultancy or productâowner roles is a plus
- Curiosity, communication skills and ability to work independently
