Lead Product Designer
Opacity 🇩🇰 Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark
You will define the product direction for Opacity, designing new features from initial sketches to final UI while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will also collaborate closely with developers and maintain the design system to ensure product consistency as it scales.
Responsibilities
- Define the future of salary‑transparency design and set the visual direction
- Design new features from sketches and flows to final UI
- Improve existing product areas for simplicity and quality
- Collaborate closely with developers on implementation
- Make both high‑level product decisions and detailed UX choices
- Develop and maintain the design system as the product scales
- Maintain high design quality across all deliverables
- Interact directly with customers to understand problems
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing SaaS products end‑to‑end
- Strong UX and UI skills with a portfolio of real‑world products
- Ability to sketch flows and design detailed screens
- Experience working closely with developers
- Experience with design systems
- Fluent in Danish and English, comfortable speaking with customers
- Curiosity about technology and understanding of technical feasibility
