Onsite Full-time Senior

Lead the end-to-end design and layout optimization for new and existing Amazon delivery stations across the EU. Drive the integration of automation technologies and standardize process infrastructure to improve safety, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Design new delivery stations and upgrade legacy sites from planning through execution
  • Lead technology integration and standardization across EU programs
  • Provide process expertise on material flow, conveyor positioning and equipment requirements
  • Lead strategic initiatives and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Design & Construction, Launch & Expansion, and Safety teams
  • Produce layout designs, optimize stations and present solutions to leadership
  • Drive automation programs and innovative solutions for complex design issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering
  • Experience in manufacturing, process or industrial engineering
  • Six Sigma and lean manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency with project‑management tools
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
