Senior Product Designer i Stockholm

The role involves driving the UX/UI design process for a complex web application, including creating user flows, prototypes, and design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and end-users to iterate on designs based on continuous feedback.
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs into clear user flows and design solutions
- Create and test concepts and prototypes
- Drive UX and UI work throughout the entire design process
- Collect user feedback and continuously improve the solution
- Collaborate closely with users, Product Owner and developers
- Contribute to change initiatives and the transition to new ways of working
- Shape the user experience in a complex, informationâintensive environment
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on UX/UI
- Strong practical experience with Figma, including design and prototyping
- Proven ability to independently drive UX/UI work
- Experience with userâdriven design and continuous feedback loops
- Ability to translate complex user needs into clear, userâfriendly solutions
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Owner and development teams
- Professional level English proficiency
- Experience in larger industrial companies (preferred)
- Experience with complex, informationâintensive systems (preferred)
- Experience with change work related to new digital solutions and ways of working (preferred)
- Swedish language skills (preferred)
