The role is responsible for designing, evolving, and documenting components, patterns, and tokens within the design system. It involves collaborating with Frontend Engineers to ensure visual consistency and quality across web, apps, and internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve components, patterns and tokens of the design system
- Write usage guidelines and maintain documentation for system users
- Provide design recommendations and ensure visual and interaction quality
- Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to build components and bridge design‑code gaps
- Promote system adoption, measure usage and prioritize evolution based on feedback
Requirements
- Strong visual skills in typography, hierarchy, colour, spacing and information architecture
- Experience designing, documenting and evolving design system components, patterns and tokens
- Expertise in interaction design
- Experience using AI in the design workflow and familiarity with code‑based prototyping
- Ability to conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English
- Openness to feedback and collaborative mindset
