UX Designer, ServiceNow (Part-time, On Call)

Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, and portals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective, scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design userâcentered experiences within ServiceNow, including workflows, forms, portals and interfaces
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow designs
- Apply UX best practices while respecting ServiceNow platform constraints and patterns
- Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows and interaction designs aligned with ServiceNow capabilities
- Partner with technical team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Participate in client and internal design reviews, incorporating feedback iteratively
- Support multiple shortâterm consulting projects in a fastâpaced environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- Handsâon experience designing solutions in ServiceNow
- 3+ years working with enterprise platforms or design systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust clearance
- US citizenship and authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Consulting or regulatedâindustry experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
