UI/UX Designer

The designer will create intuitive interfaces and workflows for complex AI-enabled applications, translating user research into wireframes and prototypes. They will also collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity and iterate based on usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research and discovery to understand needs, workflows and decision points
• Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI outputs, reviews, exceptions and approvals
• Create reusable visual patterns and design systems for consistency
• Collaborate closely with engineering during implementation to maintain design fidelity
• Run usability testing, gather feedback and iterate designs
• Maintain proactive problem‑solving and attention to detail in AI‑centric applications

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of UI/UX or product design experience
• Strong portfolio showing structured problem‑solving and polished execution
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Understanding of user research methods and responsive design principles
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Ownership mindset, openness to feedback, and effective remote collaboration
• Experience designing B2B, enterprise, or data‑heavy applications (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI dashboards or workflow tools (advantageous)
• Basic knowledge of front‑end implementation constraints
