The Graphic Designer creates visual materials for property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media while adhering to brand standards. Responsibilities include designing logos, producing layouts for print and digital channels, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

- Create visual materials for property listings, marketing campaigns, social media and presentations
- Design logos and branding elements that follow REMAX Platin standards
- Produce layouts for both print and digital channels
- Select and apply typography to ensure readability and brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements
- Prepare files for production and ensure graphics are optimized for various platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in an office environment
Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills with experience producing visual content for print and digital media
- Proficiency in logo design, branding and typography
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and relevant project experience
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects on‑site
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred)
