The Product Design Manager will lead the design strategy for Payment Gateway and Web Platforms while mentoring a team of 4-5 designers. They will collaborate with leadership to align design outputs with business goals and ensure high-quality, scalable product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coâown product roadmaps and translate business vision into designâfirst GTM strategies
- Mentor, manage and grow a pod of 4â5 designers, balancing individual contribution and delegation
- Build trust with business leaders and align stakeholders toward design goals
- Lead continuous prototyping, usability testing and incorporate insights into product strategy
- Define North Star metrics and ensure design impact on revenue
- Create holistic product architecture using journey maps and service blueprints
- Orchestrate complex multiâquarter project delivery and prioritize competing work
- Elevate visual experience by unifying design systems, motion and UX copy
- Leverage deep understanding of frontend systems for highâquality engineering handoffs
Requirements
- 7â10 years of product design experience with complex enterprise, B2B or fintech platforms
- 1â2 years of managing and scaling designers
- Strong portfolio showing interaction design, visual rigor and clear reasoning
- Technical fluency to translate backend capabilities into scalable UI
- Systems thinking and fluency with design systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
