Head Of Design - Wealth

You will own the end-to-end design for the Share.Market platform, setting the design direction and ensuring high-quality user experiences. You will also partner closely with product and engineering teams while building and mentoring a design team as the product scales.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end experience for Share.Market, setting design direction and standards
• Design complex screens, prototype solutions and simplify dense financial data
• Partner closely with product and engineering as an equal collaborator
• Contribute to roadmap and trade‑off discussions with a user‑centered perspective
• Build, manage and mentor a growing design team as the product scales
• Ensure quality of experience and hold the team accountable for design outcomes

Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience with ownership of consumer products at scale
• Leadership experience as a lead or manager
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual polish and clear decision rationale
• Domain knowledge in trading, broking or wealth is a strong advantage
• Experience designing data‑heavy or regulated fintech products
• Systems thinking and fluency with design systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including microcopy creation
• Ability to act as a player‑coach, leading while staying hands‑on
