Responsibilities
- Lead a major redesign of the existing Bolter product
- Build and own a new design system
- Define interaction patterns for agent creation, understanding, and steering
- Shape the experience across the workspace and agent‑generated applications
- Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, clarity, and craft
- Collaborate directly with the GM and lean team
Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping consumer‑facing digital products, preferably AI or productivity tools
- Strong product and design judgment with a systems‑thinking approach
- Ability to create and maintain design systems from scratch
- Comfort designing in ambiguous, early‑stage product environments
